D7.1 Definition of requirements for the proposed design for the IRISCC Catalogue of Services

This report provides an overview of the primary, technical requirements for the design of the first release of the IRISCC Catalogue of Services. The catalogue will be built on the existing ISIA platform that also hosts service catalogues of other projects including the AgroServ EU-INFRASERV project. As AgroServ is also a project giving access to services across multiple research infrastructures (RIs), the requirements for the IRISCC Catalogue of Services are defined with the AgroServ Catalogue of Services as the reference model. The report I) gives an overview of existing vocabularies used across the different RIs in IRISCC that should be used as much as possible in building the specific IRISCC metadata schema, II) it highlights the changes needed for the IRISCC Catalogue of Services in comparison to the AgroServ Catalogue of Services, and finally III) it summarises the steps forward from this early stage of the IRISCC project.
